Rise & Root Farm is hiring for the 2026 season!
We are currently accepting applications for the following:
Field Staff, Full Time (Chester, NY)
Some experience is required. Field staff will help with most aspects of field production, including seeding, watering, planting, weeding, harvest, processing, and any other general farm tasks as needed. Responsibilities will develop throughout the season based on need, interest, and competence.
HOURS: Full-time
COMPENSATION: $17.50 to $19/hr depending on experience, 2 days paid time off, paid sick time up to 40 hours, plus self-care stipend and produce as available.
